Delete Your 8 Weapons Data

To request deletion of data associated with 8 Weapons:

1. Open Settings in 8 Weapons.
2. Copy your Player ID from the Account section.
3. Email support@animengine.org with the subject 8 Weapons Data Deletion Request.
4. Include your Player ID. Do not include payment details, authentication tokens, or purchase receipts.

We will delete the anonymous Unity account data and cloud-saved game profile associated with that Player ID. This includes game progress, settings, fighter names, upgrades, unlocks, customisation choices, and recorded entitlements.

Deletion also covers your stored leaderboard name and entries, online win/loss/draw records, ranked-win totals, online gold reward records, and identifying information associated with you in online match reports. Reports involving another player are handled without exposing that player’s private information to you.

Local data must be removed using your device’s app-data controls or by uninstalling the game. Uninstalling alone does not delete your cloud data.

Purchase, transaction, security, fraud-prevention, legal, and support records may be retained where reasonably necessary or required by law. Where such retention is necessary, we will explain what is retained and the applicable period when responding to your request. Data held independently by Google Play is governed by Google’s policies.

We may contact you if additional information is required to identify or verify the account. We will respond within a reasonable period and in accordance with applicable law.
